Eat Local, Colorado! is a not for profit food cooperative bringing local producers and consumers together. By supporting local farmers, ranchers, bakers and artisans, we are supporting our families, friends and neighbors.

Getting Started
Want to become a member? Becoming a member is easy. First, click the Join link along the top menu bar and fill out our membership form. After which, you can log into our Shop page immediately and view the items available. Next, send in your membership fee either by PayPal or by check. Once your membership fee has been received and processed you may begin ordering.

From the Farm
Mother Nature has been rather harsh to some of the local farmers. Three waves of hail storms have resulted in some crop devastation! Their "never say die" attitude keeps them in the fields so we can reap the rewards of their labor.

    We have a number of producers who have recently signed on with more produce, herbs, cheese, etc. who have been so busy during the growing season, they didn't have the time/manpower to get up and running on ELCC, but watch for them!
