The Eat Local, Colorado! Cooperative was created to provide a marketplace where Colorado producers and Colorado consumers can meet. At no time does the Cooperative ever have title to or otherwise own any of the products nor does the Cooperative have any inventory.

The Cooperative is wholly owned and operated by the Producer- and Consumer-Members of Eat Local, Colorado!

COOPERATIVE MISSION

• Provide on-line access to an alternative food market with a direct relationship between local farmers, producers and consumers - an "on-line farmers market".
• Provide a wide variety of fresh, seasonal, locally grown and locally produced foods.
• Foster good stewardship of the land through encouraging sustainable and humane farming practices including: certified organics, biodynamics, chemical free production, non-GMO seed stocks, pasture fed and non-CAFO animals, etc.
• Create and foster awareness of the environmental and nutritional impacts of global food production.
• Support the local economy and viability of Colorado family farms and producers.
