Membership

**NEW** $40 Non-voting non-refundable consumer membership available!

To purchase or sell through Eat Local, Colorado!, you must be a member. When you buy a share in the Cooperative, you are a Member-owner.

Two Membership options

• Premier membership - $100
  A one-time membership fee is $100 (or $104 if paid by PayPal). You have the option to pay in four, consecutive monthly installments of $25 each. You can shop the Cooperative, but cannot vote or serve on the Board or any committees until the $100 (or $104 if paid by PayPal) is paid in full. The premier membership is refundable at the current value of the share and conveys full voting rights in the cooperative. Premier membership is required for producers.



• Standard membership - $40
  A one-time membership fee is $40 (or $42 if paid by PayPal). This membership option must be paid in full to activate ordering capability. Standard membership is non-refundable and is a non-voting share.
